After having been mislead by international fraud, Bruce Phillipowsky and his criminal son Nicholas Phillipowsky, the United Nations body has apologised to Dr. Dominic F Dixon for arbitrary actions rendered. Criminal cases are in progress in Bangalore, India and in Geneva, Switzerland against the perpetrators and their accomplices.
